How we ship

We're a small studio, and every order is packed by us. Here's what to expect after you check out.

Processing time

We aim to ship orders within 3 to 5 business days (Mon to Fri, holidays excluded). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

Where we ship

Right now we ship within Canada and to the United States. Want us to ship somewhere else? Let us know, we're listening.

Transit time

Once your order leaves our hands, transit time depends on the shipping option you chose at checkout:

Destination	Estimated transit time
Within Canada	3 to 7 business days
To the US	5 to 14 business days

Need it sooner? Pick an expedited option at checkout for faster transit. (We don't control how quickly the carrier moves once they have it, so the option you select matters.)

If your package is late or lost

Tracking can sometimes look quiet for a few days while a package moves between sorting facilities. That's usually normal. But if your order is more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, please email hello@deskbounders.com with your order number. We'll open a trace with Canada Post and figure out next steps with you.
